I graduated as Master in Law at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) where I also obtained a Special Degree in Corporate Finance. At the start of my career I was attorney at Law where I developed a broad ranging practice advising corporate clients. For seven years I combined my practice as a lawyer with a research and teaching position in Corporate and Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the KU Leuven. Since 2009 I am employed as senior legal counsel at the Technology Transfer Office of Ghent University, where I provide high quality legal advice with focus on intellectual property, corporate law and spin off’s. From the start of my career at Ghent University, Provaxs has been one of my key clients.
